Our team will create a Formal Offer according to the results of the estate agent valuations.
Once the Formal Offer is accepted, we pay for a final Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) report to confirm the property condition and value, and also instruct solicitors.
With cash funds readily available, we will exchange contracts and complete swiftly and according to the agreed timeframes set out as part of the transaction.
